Greg and Tommy Rothery

I too look forward to rekindling long dormant relationships with classmates. As for background, I graduated from Humboldt in 1980 with a fisheries degree and went to work up at the Redwood Sciences Lab, then did a short stint at 6 Rivers National Forest. In 1983 I started Interfluve, Inc. with a couple of partners and our business has grown considerably. Today we are a primary player in the stream and wetland restoration industry and while most of our work is in the Pacific NW, we have completed projects world wide. I work out of our Oregon office but also find myself in the Montana and Seattle offices frequently.

Growing up in So Cal, I started fishing tuna with my dad in the 70's. More recently, I have spent considerable time aboard long range trips out of San Diego usually making at least a trip a year mostly aboard the Polaris Supreme or the Royal Star. Nothing is quite as exciting as finding your self in a wide open tuna bite with 80lb'ers foaming on the spot. It is an experience that definitely borders on an addiction.

I'm married to a fellow Humboldt grad and while we have no kids (only a couple of dogs) my wife could care less about fishing. She does however, love to dive and so we spend vacations together watching fish.
